A schizophrenic is haunted by a reoccurring dark figure that he hallucinates most nights. Thinking that his hallucinations are actually real, he reaches out for help from his dead best friend, who he is also hallucinating. It is discovered that he was never on his medication, and his psychiatrist reassures him that all of it is not real, and nothing can hurt him.
